Rising, Falling or Even: How Will The Market Be This Fall? 

Yes, no, maybe?  What are your thoughts on what our Fall market will be like in your makets?  And why? What are you planning for?  What are you doing in your summer market (when most markets are slower) to prepare for Fall?

In my area, we look to a Fall that we hope to be our second strongest after Spring, as usual. Perhaps, with the rising interest rates and adjusting market of the Spring , more buyers will come to the table "as the dust settles" in our transition to a "normal" or "more normal" market. Unlikely to outpace Spring, as history shows, but perhaps give it some run for its money! So, I say "Yes I Ken! to Fall!!"  BRING IT ON!!
