And The Winners Are....So Many Are Winners

Active Rain Works...My Challenge - Can We Prove It?   There were so many more winners in this contest than just the 13 names listed below...starting with counting myself a  winner with the idea. My sellers are winners getting their properties seen by people all over the country. ActiveRain is a always a winner by having so many professionals making our industry so much better. Those who commented are winners. Those who made contact either by email or phone are winners..thank you all and you know who you are.

Some time ago, Bob Stewart challenged us with a reward of lots of points. What did he want from us? He just wanted us to share '"How ActiveRain was helping us stay connected." If you think about it, we should have been “paying” Bob for lighting the fires under us. This was my rather simple post…Blog...The Gift That Keeps On Giving which was featured, received over 60 comments and a boat load of points. Thank you, Bob!

These days some are cutting back on advertising, others are saying things like, “The market is so down,” or “Nothing happens this time of year,” or “This is not a good time list my house.” I want to shout “SAYS WHO???" Then I had an idea and it has snowballed wonderfully. Active Rain Works...My Challenge - Can We Prove It?

This is one of the ways that I am staying connected, as Bob challenged us to do. Sharing this with my sellers, the response has been very positive. I am swamped with comments, sending out books but more important with my phone ringing, getting emails asking about real estate, showing my own listings, making appointments, taking new listings and working with new buyers. Right now, I have to go put another listing in the MLS, and have a settlement tomorrow. And a buyer wants to make an offer….

But here is another example of what makes AR so special: Even though Debe Maxwell owns my book (she won it at a REBarCamp from C Tann), take a look at her last comment.
