Hi Michael -- Fantastic video and we approach things very similarly. We recommend repairs, are both home stagers, and we re-design and oversee renovations like you would see on HGTV's Extrreme Makeover and Designed to Sell for homes that need a lot of care in a tough, high-inventory market. There are many facets that go into creating a sale and I am heartened to hear that you don't focus strictly on price, which is what most agents do.
On a technical note, how did you do your video? How did you do the short animation slides? Very cool. Was someone holding the camera when you were driving or did you mount it to the passenger side window? Your video is very impressive. I am starting to play around with video, but haven't gotten that far yet.
Thanks Chris. I drew the transition slides and then animated them using stop motion. Good luck with your videos, it's just a lot of trial and error.
