Brave girl, Darcy...I bet your adrenaline was flowing as you were snapping pics! Beautiful photos, though...and I don't see any evidence of shaky hands, the pics are sharp and clear. :)

Those look like Utah castles! I have no idea what prices might be in a subdivision like that. Are they all custom? Or maybe several floorplans, with variations available? Not planning to move that way, but definitely curious. And you already have snow. Or should I say "had" snow : )

Sherry: There is actually a short sale in there for $850K right now, normally they are in the $1 Million plus range. They are custom homes with CC&R's.
I won't mind living in one of these houses. They have lovely views and I love those tiled roof. They are probably much cheaper than New York prices
Rosalinda: We too, would live there in a heartbeat! I bet that you're right about prices, it is all about location!
