Maine is one big honking state. Remember the county of Aroostook is the size of CT and RI and with only 11 people per square mile..that is a lot of space to cover.

Hi Andrew,

Loved your presentation of the Land For Sale in Maine.  Amazing what you can get for $90,000 compared to where we live in Virginia. My one acre lot here in Prince William County Virginia tax asseses for $138,000 and that doesn't have a stream or a river!

Question? For those folks who see this and are not familiar Masardis Maine. How close is that property to a large growing town?

Define growing town! Aroostook County is 72,000 plus or minus in an area the size of CT and RI. That is why it is a nice place to live...not wall to wall people and the ones we have are friendly, glad to be here..will help you out. Presque Isle Maine is roughly 10,000 folks and Caribou to the north has 7000 or so folks there. Ashland Maine to the north has stores, banks etc.

Andrew - Looks like a beautiful property for a great price. Ashland Maine comes up on Google quite a bit when I'm searching for things in Ashland Oregon. Such a small world we live in now, making points on either end of the US so close.
