Now feel free to correct me if I am wrong on this but Did you know this? If you are post blogs and listings to Active Rain and are not a Rain Maker your posts are members only.
Why does this matter to you. If you are not a rain maker your posts are only seen by active rain members. It's not going out to the full internet. It's not going out to google. So really your blog post is just a waste. Sure everybody has told you to join facebook and activerain. But by just posting to active rain doesn't make you any better. You have to become a rain maker. You see all the benefits of Active Rain aren't free anymore. To get the true benefit of blogging and top google search engine results you need to pay. You need to join the active rain network as a rain maker. Or you are just halfway there. It's like listing a house and not putting up a sign or putting it on the MLS. If you are not a rain maker you are like a FSBO trying to sell a house. YOU DON'T HAVE ALL THE TOOLS!
Sure other real estate agents are seeing it but not the world. You are not getting the advertising you want. So what are you crazy or what? You have probably spent hundreds and hundreds on print advertising but you areN'T willing to spend the small monthly fee to get your blog posts out to the world.
So contact Bob Stewart or Brad Anderson and become a rain maker. Tell them Russ sent you and ask them for the "Russ December discount". That will get them thinking because there is no discount but who knows they might dig up a discount for you.
