Did a final walk thru of this DR Horton home in Fort Worth this morning!! Very excited first time home buyer!!!

What the heck is that white stuff?? It's already gone but word is there may be more tonight or tomorrow. If it sticks the whole city will shut down....It's pretty funny...We Texans have a hard time driving when it rains much less snow...How can you text, drink your coffee and eat your Krispy Creme with all that white stuff falling???

This is a great time to by a home for sale in Dallas Fort Worth Tx. The New Tax Credit for home buyers now applies to current home owners that have lived in their home at least five years. If you are looking to downsize or move up, you could qualify for the $6500 tax credit. With interest rates in the low 5% and dipping below 5%, this is the ideal time to buy. Looks like a beautiful home, with or without snow!  I know what you mean, we only get snow once per year here in Raleigh.  Daycares and everything just shut right down...

Pat, at least your first-time homebuyer may just have a White Christmas if that white stuff keeps up! :)
