River Shoals is a Median/Upscale Gated community located on Georgia Road in Simpsonville South Carolina. There are about 150 lots in this neighborhood. Most of the homes were built by Poinsett Homes, who was the original builder in the neighborhood. Ryan Homes, who is one of the nations top builders, is currently the builder in River Shoals neighborhood.
There are a mixture of homes in River Shoals, like Ranch style, Two-story, and some Three -story designs. Many of them with mostly brick siding, some with partial brick or stone with vinyl siding. Home sizes range from about 1700 square feet to over 4000 square feet on the basement homes. Home prices range from the $150,000's to the high $300,000's. Many of the homes come with three car garage, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and many other custom features.

River Shoals Subdivision is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and more. This neighborhood is about three minutes to I-385, about seven minutes to I-385, and about 15 minutes to downtown Greenville.
