Parkside Estates Frisco is located between Hillcrest and Coit Road off College Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Built in 1999, Parkside Estates Frisco has two phases. Grand Homes and Paul Taylor Homes were the builders of this community.
There are approximately 200 homes in the first phase and about 100 homes in the second phase. The community start at around 1600 square feet (three-bedroom homes) to over 3800 square feet (four-to-five bedroom homes). Most houses are in the 2,000 to 3,000 square feet range.
Parkside Estates Frisco have low HOA dues and managed by Excel Management. At time of print, it is less than $150 per year. The HOA dues cover the maintenance of common areas.
