POCONO REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS for November. The chart below is reflecting the average sold price of homes sold in Monroe County for November of 2008 compared to November of 2009.

GOOD NEWS! Once again the statistics are improving. Boy, oh boy, I am glad to see this.  The average sale price for 2009 versus 2008 is only down 4% for the month, a 1% increase from last month, which now brings the average sale price for the year to 12% less than last year and if you will recall we have been on a downhill trend for most of the year - this is an upward trend and let's hope that it continues.
