We recently had a client in our office buying a new home.  His son, who came along most days was full of questions and excitment. When the excrow was getting ready to close, he hoped up on the transaction table and begun "working" like our transaction Manager.  We grabbed the Flip and recorded his actions.  Please take a moment to click the link and tell him what you think of his future career choice.  He is really cute and still asking questions.  I guess if he starts now, he will be a future top agent.
