Bob, while visiting in PA last summer I noticed a lot of homes with big stars adorning their exterior walls. Do you know what tradition or theme this is all about? I'm thinking it might be something to do with Pennsylvania Dutch, but really don't know. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
If you were near the Lancaster or Reading area, you would have seen a lot of those stars! They are in other areas too, but it is a Pennsylvania Dutch thing, so you would see tons of them in that area. I honestly don't know the significance, though. Merry Christmas to you too!
