According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month totaled 24 single family homes.  The highest priced one sold for $425,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $24,600.  That was a small decrease in sales in number of homes but and increase in the median price of homes sold to $177,000.  These figures show there were less sales single family home sales.  That is not the news we need for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.  However, if you are thinking about buying, you sure have good timing!

Condo sales were also less with 3 condos sold last month, the highest price was $182,400 and the lowest was $90,300.  That shows a real reduction in purchases of condos in this area as well.

Real Estate Market information is local and we have financing available at great rates for buyers with decent credit.  For owners this is great news and a good price is now possible on your home or other investment property.  Naturally, whether you should buy or sell depends upon your particular circumstances more than any other factor.
