Attention Rock County Wisconsin Buyers: There are still a couple of No Down Payment loan packages available, if you qualify.
1. The last information I have is that the Federal VA guaranteed loans are still available without a down payment. Check with your lender to see if your service in the military qualifies you!

If you are buying a Home outside the Janesville and Beloit designated areas, such as in the country or in Edgerton, Evansville, Orfordville, Milton, and Clinton areas, the USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Program has NO DOWN PAYMENT PROGRAMS AVAILABLE. The interest rates are competitive, are fixed rate for 30 years and have no prepayment penalties. This program does have income limits and the most recent information that I have is $74,750 for 1-4 person Households and $98,650 for 5-8 person Households. Of course, the home must be occupied as your personal residence. Call for more information.
3. Couple these loans with the fact that you might qualify for The First Time Buyer Credit of $8,000 and it has never been a better time to buy your first home.
