Reston Virginia Single Family (Detached) Sales as of 1 July '07

The inventory of single family detached homes for sale in Reston was about 100 homes active on the market as of the 1st of July 2007 with new contracts running about 25 a month.  Consequently, the absorbtion rate for these homes is about 4 months on the market.  Comparing the closed prices to the original list prices for the closings through 30 June ...
