When to know if your home will sell like a hot Jalapeno pepper.

if your home is in Charlotte NC, I have a strong opinion on how it will work.

Answer :

When it's priced properly,
In move-in condition,
Marketed all over the WORLD,
has been pre-inspected,
have a realistic desire to be sold quickly,
and you listened to a qualified professional Realtor(R)
(not uncle Joe) on how to make your house sold.

Do-it-yourself surgical infomercials normally result in botched deals. Most people don't have the stomach for road kill nor the stamina for dealing with the GENERAL PUBLIC.

How about getting calls like : "Dude , I just drove by your house. I know it's 3:am but I had the munchies and you have a killer pad except for the brick like front. Anyway I can see it now?"

Or ....never mind. You what you're doing . Go for it!

Take two weeks , take two aspirins, and give me a call on the 15th day. I collect stories from hell for future reference.

I think that your plan would work ANYWHERE! Selling as house is as simple as your outline!

Richard - They really should call US. Yet they delve into the wild unknown. Bet you have as many bizzare stories as I do on the self empowered. I;m sure self inflicted - self induced is true for many toe tippers in selling their house. Cheeers to your success and smart sellers that call you

You have to do right and it's best to do it right from the start. Most people do not understand what goes into selling a home and how much headache you can save yourself by getting a professional to do it for you.

Claude - I love your post! I should tattoo it on my forehead. I wish all sellers followed this mantra!
