What a difference Beverly! This is a great example of how staging a vacant house makes - buyers can now visualize how to arrange this room. If the buyer does not have a good imagination in an empty room they just cannot visualize what to do with the space. That's why it is so important to showcase an empty house. Great job!

Thanks for the comments, Margaret, Terry Lynn, Dan Patty, Birgit, and Maureen. I heard a saying "vacant doesn't make it" that is so true. Most buyers can't visualize the furnishing in an empty room. The right amount of furniture in room room actually makes the room look larger.

WOW Cindy, I have helped West Texas know about home staging. I have done consultations in a couple of surrounding towns as well as Abilene of course. I had a stager partner for awhile, but she moved to Odessa which is REALLY W. Texas!, Smile! Another team stager moved to Ft. Worth.
