On The Right Track

By

How are you doing so far with your fitness goals?

Are we on the right Track?

Over the past few weeks we have made some, small changes, that make a big d ifference. We have made a commitment to start the day off right. Some of us have gone the extra mile and challenged our daily routines.

We have also seen several new members in The Active Rain Fit Club, in the past week. I wanted to take a moment and welcome this weeks new members. We are so happy to see everyone here motivating and encouraging each other reach their fitness goals.

I would like to welcome the following new members:

Aziz Abdur-Ra'oof

Robert Aguirre

Jason Anderson

Craig W. Barrett

Nicolette Ceballos

Missy Caulk

Mike Cole

Desiree Daniels

Kathy "Kat" DeLong

Penny Florence

Kimberly Grant

Deborah Pearce

Heather O'Reilly

Thanks for the reminder!  To me, the hardest part about getting and remaining fit is to stay consistent.  Having a group to relate to helps with this.  Thanks for your work!

Dan,

Thanks...I have been working hard on both! ;) Nice to hear your cutting back on the jelly donuts!

Bob,

Nice to see you, consistency is key is almost everything we do. Schedule some time during the day for yourself, the hardest part is getting there. :)

Deborah,

Thanks and ditto! You got it, everyday is a new day. It starts with a healthy attitude! :)

Susie,

The little desserts or as I say the little "sneaks" is what holds us back from having ripped stomaches like this one! Fruits are good! :)

Guilty as charged, I need to get back to working outl, I can really feel it, especially when it comes to my golf game. Just plain lazy I guess with one excuse after another. I worked out for about 5 years 6 days a week and felt great,

i need to get motivated again.

Jay,

The hardest part is getting back into the gym, they say it takes 2 weeks of routine to make it a habit. Start off slow, maybe you should take a golf conditioning class? Would help with your game and you would enjoy, thats a start.Stick around here we'll push ya...:)
