Question to all you hard working and top earning agents.... Which lead generation service do you use? Typical lead amounts generated? is it pay per click? Aprox cost of propgram? Why do you like it?

Have you used lead generation services you did not like or werre not worth the fees/costs involed?

Thanks for your input. there is no better way to find out the best information than working with and seeking the advice of peers. I appreciate your time in answering. I am sure there are many who will benefit from your answers.

JP, I've tried a lot of lead generation services...everything, in fact, except pay-per-click. Haven't found anything really productive (other than blogging), but I will park and see what others have to add.

I was on a Team when I first got into the business and the team leader was using House Values, I don't think it worked out that well, plenty of free CMA's where done, but not to many converted into "right now" business. It might be worth using to build a database.

I believe, bsed upon my experience, that house Values and MOST other services are useless or worse!

Generally the leads are low quality, and you would spend your time better on floor duty...

Rather than one of these services, sign up with a good coach or program. I use Buffini and it works very well (at least for me) there is a lady that blogs here under the name Jennifer Allan who has some good ideas...

Point there is no easy answer other than grinding out the clients and business day by day. Not snazzy nor easy but it works... (this was my best year since 2006)
