Home Buyer Reward------------Are You Next?
I will be writing a series of Blog posts to answer the many questions my clients have asked me about my Home Buyer Reward. This is a very different program that my broker from Choice Realty of Tennessee has started that has cause quite a stir in my clients minds.
Question Number 1: Why do you do this--give me back a Home Buyer Reward ?
In our office meetings, we decided that Real Estate practices need to change in today's market. The buyer today is very internet savy , has done their research and is more knowledgeable than the buyers years ago. So many of my buyers come in the office with print outs in hand of what they want to see. We felt that if the customer if doing much of the work-How can we pocket all the commission?
I have had 2 buyers in the last few months that walked into my office , said I want to see "this " house. After viewing the house, came back to my office and wrote a contract. Now who has done the most work?
It makes me feel so good to offer this Home Buyer Reward to my clients that meet the criteria.I get so excited telling clients on our first meeting about the program, that they get excited also! Also it feels good to offer something new to the consumer and to be different. When I hand my buyer their Home Buyer Reward card, the happiness on their faces melts my heart. I love my job!
