I'm writing part 2 of my conclusion article "Short Sales + Realtors = Disaster?!?"

Today I wanted to talk about the difference between a traditional short sale and a investor assisted short sale!

As explained in part 2 of my article there's a huge breakdown in our industry of what and how a short sale is completed.  It's not ALL about listing a property, finding a buyer, submitting a package to a bank and getting the approval.  There's a much bigger picture you're missing!

In today's article I want you to understand with my success rate of short sales closed (82%) compared to the national average (20% or less) we'll explain how we can work together.

  • WE by referring to my company WE put in an offer IMMEDIATELY! (As a realtor you don't have to worry about flaky buyers)
  • WE fully intend to purchase the property!  (This isn't some simultnaeous close scam - This isn't that!)
  • WE faciliate the entire transaction from start to finish! (As a realtor you NEVER speak to the bank!)
  • WE fully disclose everything to ALL parties involved! (WE follow ALL foreclosure bailout laws and state laws)
  • YOU as the realtor have the chance to potentially earn DOUBLE your commission for half the work!

Most "Old School" realtors don't think really inside the box, and for "Old School" realtors to comprehend what we do could be complicated for them since they like to stay with the Black and White boundaries.  Face it folks you need to be a little GREY in today's market in order to survive, and put some food on the table or just to continue a nice life!  Being grey isn't bad it's when you become red that is when you turn the other way and say "Thank You" and run!

DON'T blow up over a commission!
