Do You Want To List Our REO's? We Found You On Active Rain!
- Do you think you are wasting your time on Active Rain?
- Do you blog for business on Active Rain?
- Do you write your posts with the keywords that you know your potential customers are using in order to find what you are offering or selling?
We received an email yesterday from a bank that asked us if we would list their REO's in our area.
Guess how they found us! A Google search that brought up our Active Rain blog!
So the next time someone from one of those bash Active Rain blogs tells you that you are wasting your time on Active Rain- just tell them- talk to the hand!
Don't underestimate the power of Active Rain.
If you are not getting the results that you want from your online marketing make sure you are doing the following:
- Know your buyer persona- your sellers and buyers.
- Know what they want, how they search and what words they use when searching.
- Do your keyword research and keep on doing it. Your keywords may not be the right ones.
- Niche, niche, and niche some more.
- Make sure you are writing at least 5 posts per week and that those posts have 400 to 800 words each.
- Make sure that you are attracting links to your blog and website.

- Consider hiring a coach to get you on the right path in your online marketing program.
- Make comments on Active Rain posts, especially the top bloggers and the featured posts.
- Be consistent, stay on task, develop a plan, stick to your plan but also be flexible.
- Watch the trends, check out google trends.
- Don't try to do too much. Stick with one blog until it is working for you.
- The proof is in the pudding- follow the lead of those who actually get business from blogging. Theory does not always work in the real world.
