Silent snowfall for ski season 2009-2010...its about time.

I have been itching for some measurable snow fall...and I got my wish last night.

All my ski season rentals have checked in to their winter homes, and have been waiting with skis in hand for the Loon Mountain Resort to open for the year.

Views from my back yard of Mount Liberty, this peak is very Close to Cannon Mountain ski area. I haven't driven by the State owned resort yet today, but based on the snow in my yard they should have gotten a nice amount to kick off the season.

Layette, Lincoln, Liberty and Hay stack Mountains in the center moving right...Left hand side is a glimpse of Cannon Mountain Ski Area.

It's about time...and snow making guns, just because there is no snow in your back yard doesn't mean the snow making team hasn't been working up north. See you on the slopes...very soon - at- Loon.

Hi Steve,

We're just getting our snow here in Jackson Hole as well. They've been making snow and have a couple of runs open, but still need a couple of big storms to really open up.

Great pics!

Tim, Have a great season at Jackson Hole...our slopes look like mole hills compared to your mountains but skiing is fun where ever there is snow.

Steve...more cold coming your way.  Our last storm gave us 1/4 inch.  Hardly noticable

Steve,  Great pics!!!!  Our resorts have opened, its cold and we got snow.  I haven't picked up my pass yet to the Bird, doing that today and hope to go skiing soon.

I loved your last post but to scroll through 83 blogs,  wow!!  Good one!!  Holidays didn't keep my from blogging, luckly, it was beng very busy with deals I have going on right now, I have 3 Big commercial deals going on,  offers back in forth.etc....great suff, makes it hard for me to wrap my brain around blogging right, fluff is all I can manage at the moment.  Have a great day, can't wait to hear about the skiing there.  :)

Debbie. In the scheme of things I would rather be writing deals than blogging too, But I do consider it posting for profits (future business and name recognition). Thanks Have fun skiing...Steve

Steve.  I guess it was the East Coast turn to get pounded with snow this weekend.
