Tis the season to be.... What are you as you prepare for the holiday season?www.flexitrealty.com Christmas decorations

Have you already put your outside lights and/or decorations out?  Our decorations are up but we decided not to do outside lights this year.  Some of our neighbors from different streets were quite joyous this year and really went all out with their Christmas lights...it almost feels like we have Christmas lights ourselves with the outer glow from their lights.  It is pretty and we are enjoying them.

Do you have all your cards sent and your presents bought and wrapped?  Do you have your family holiday plans finalized?  Is your tree bought and put up and decorated just waiting for everyone to enjoy?  Do you have your holiday menu items bought and meals all planned out?  If you're traveling, are all your arrangements made and ready to enjoy the holiday season? 

How about going one step further and make the decision to do one thing that will make a difference in someones life?  Don't have a BAH HUMBUG attitude and not think of others in need this holiday season.  There are so many families in need more than ever.  Be a Shining Star and make a difference...Better yet, do it anonymously and feel the difference you can make.  After all, isn't that what this season is all about?

Hi Gary ~ It's only the 6th!! No to all of the above - but I'm no bah humbug - I love Christmas. Last year I was so proud - I got that tree up at noon on Christmas Eve and it was decorated - and believe me my tree is a masterpiece! - by 3 pm. And I did it all by myself.

One of my favorite things this year - the local drug store had a tree decorated with paper tags - each with the wish list for a local senior. You picked which one[s] you wanted to buy for -it was hard to pick - and took that tag.  I had heard of these projects but never had one near me. I love buying presents and had great fun with this.
