Jenkins Point is very special to me. It was my first large scale subdivision. I all started in 1999 when a good friend's father approached me about helping him sell his 32 acre estate on the headwaters of West Bank Creek. Edisto Beach State Park
Edisto Beach State Park is only 7 miles away and is one of the most popular South Carolina State Parks. Over 1,200 acres and 1.5 miles of beachfront,. Edisto Beach State Park is known for its live oak forest, tall palmettos, salt marshes, seashells, and 4,000 year old Indian shell mounds.
