BPO orders were up last week which usually means short sales are getting looked at or loan modifications. Also got a new REO assignment. Looks like it will be busy all month!

Brigitte - Will all these wonderful qualified buyers at there it seems like our inventory would be moving much quicker if the banks would move their short sale process faster. Can you imagine if the banks approved a short sale, within reason of course in a few days and you could get your buyer or even seller off the market until they are ready to work with you again.

Oh it is going to happen in 2010 I am confident of it. From all of the information I am receiving from my national networking groups as well as the new act from Obama going into place April 2010, I think we are going to see a turn around in bank cooperation. At least that is what I am hoping!!!
