Our clients are ecstatic!

Once we add our accessories and new kitchen table/chairs, it will be even more stunning!

But couldn't wait to show you the bare bones!

I like that!  Just getting rid of that wall paper would have been a huge improvement!  We recently updated our kitchen on a dime.  New sinks and new hardware, and this fabulous tin ceiling looking back splash stuff from Lowes.  I think we spent less than $500.  It can be done without a complete reno.  You proved that with your pictures.

Julia,

Just beautiful! I absolutely love the cabinets and the black appliances. What was your budget for this project?

Thanks, everyone, for your comments!

Aziz: those are actually new cabinets

Ann: the entire kitchen done (cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertop, backsplash, ceiling potlights) was completed for under $20,000.00. They will get to enjoy it for a few years before they sell; and it really added value to this home.

Dane: This is a design for living job, with the idea of trying to keep it neutral for when they sell.
