Interesting graph this month, the average sales price went over $400,000and took a good leap over 2006 and last month. The increase for the average price is 7.2%.
The median price rose as well quite a bit over 2006 - 8.9%, but a slightly lower rise compared to last month.
So Bellinghm prices continue to climb. We live in a beautiful place and the Real Estate values are showing it to be a desirable place to live as well as the press.
