Robert Hesse, celebrity chef from the TV show "Hell's Kitchen," will be the new chef at Catamaran's Restaurant on Solomons Island.  

Catamaran's has been basically a nightlife spot in Solomons, Md for many years and was not know for it's food.

Robert Hesse transformed the restaurant and opened this Sat., Dec 5, 2009. Hesse's transformation was to provide homemade dishes with a quality products. Hesse wants Catamarans to be a restaurant first and a bar second.  to find out more details and information please read "
