Busy in Olathe!

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Diamond Partners Inc

Real estate, at least for me in the past nine years here in Olathe, Kansas, has had it's ups and downs.  It seems like when it's going... it is really going!!!  And when it's not, well, all you can do is hope you've planned for a rainy day!

This past month, for me was really going!  I had the joy of selling two listings and helping 4 buyers purchase homes.  I know it's nothing extraordinary, but if I am able to feed my kids well, it's a good month!

Whenever I am wrapped up in closing deals, I feel like sometimes I lose the much need momentum I build up prior to a surge in my business.  So...

I'm curious, what do you do to keep momentum in your business?  Let's discuss!  (Thanks in advance for the words of wisdom!)

I apologize, but every time I see someone from Olathe, I immediately envision Hap Hazard from Sunflower Dodge!

Always be actively promoting and working your sphere. Many times when we're caught up in numerous deals with lose sight of continuing our marketing/adverstising/promotion activities that keep the pipeline full.

Marti:  If you ever totally figure that out let me know.  For me real estate has always been a roller coaster ride.  My husband works odd hours and got his license a few years ago and that has helped the ride.  Like you I would be very busy and then nothing.  With his help I have been able to keep a more even keel.

I agree with Rich also we always have to keep those marketing activities in our pipeline.

I am originally from Wichita.
