Mobile saw an increase in Total Residential Sales in November 2009 over November 2008.

November of 2008 was $33,909,966. November of 2009 increase to $35,797,724.

Total Units increased from 219 to 257.

Four areas, 15 Springhill, 19 Tillman's Corner/Theodore, 22 South Mobile County, & 24 West Mobile County, saw an increase for the second  consecutive month.

What I am most please about is that several of the areas that have shown the best improvement are in South Mobile County, Tillman's Corner/Theodore & Grand Bay. All of South Mobile County is south of I-10. Either the insurance shock is starting to wear off or sellers are being more understanding about the insurance situation, but that area had really stalled and is starting to come back nicely.
