Columbus' Doo Dah Parade

Doo Dah Parade - These photos are from the era when Columbus voted to ban smoking... they could almost redo these entries this year since Ohio banned smoking in the past year... but I don't think it was such a big deal when the state passed a smoking ban as it was when Columbus banned smoking.

The parade is all satire. I expect some great Dancers For Democracy satire in the 2004 Doo Dah Parade.

There are some Strange looking people in Columbus.....looks like fun!

These are the mild ones Ines. It is fun but some of the entries can be risque, some are tacky... most I love and laugh at. Some probably go over my head.

Maureen - I thought Ohio was more conservative - wow you guys would love Key West Florida here! :-)

I have been to Key West Cyndee. I loved it. Mot of Ohio is pretty conservative.
