WOW!! A Picture Worth a Few Thousand Dollars In Savings.

By
Home Inspector with UTAH INFRARED Home and Building Inspections

Some pictures are worth a thousand words and some pictures can save you a few thousand dollars.

This is an Infrared Image showing a leaking washing machine on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The small fee this complex pays for yearly Infrared check ups has proved to be a wise investment. Many tenants tend to neglect, mis-use, or abuse the property they are renting. Infrared technology can play a major role in protecting your investments and avoiding unnecessary costs.

If your wondering if Infrared Technology could be a benefit to you or someone you know then please feel free to contact us at Alamo Infrared.

Hey Gita, Your right about IR being able to show potential buyers what's wrong with a property. The technology also does wonders in showing a potential buyer the good aspects of a property and in return making them feel much safer about making the purchase. 95% of the time we are able to add confidence to the buyer by exposing them to the power of IR technology and pointing out how few if any defects were found during their Infrared Inspection.

Hey Fernando, Business has been good as the technology seems to sell itself. Some agents are scared of the technology thinking we will reveal to much and kill the deal. The agents that do use us know we are quite the opposite of a deal killer. We do sometimes find defects that the regular inspector would miss but I can assure you those defects are of the sort you would not want any inspector to miss.

We focus on the positive and don't kill the deal with the negative. An Infrared inspection will usually reveal way more positive reassuring results than negative deal killers. An Infrared Inspection isn't just focused on finding and capitalizing on defects but more of verifying and confirming the house has few if any major defects and in return making the buyer feel secure.

Makes you wonder how long it would have taken before the leak would have been noticed otherwise.

Incredible show, I'm sure the owner was just as surprised by the leak. In our area many multi-Owners won't allow washing machines to be used without a drip pan.
