I've been completing the Credit Suisse survey of monthly market conditions for over 2 years, and found that they put together a very good report. HINT: I pass this report on to clients too! It's a great way for buyers and sellers in the respective markets to read what's going on too!

Hey Michelle -- you can open the text to full screen (then exit full screen, it'll bring you back).  There are a lot of Florida towns:  Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Fr. St. Lucie . . . I think Florida has more results then another other state.

Hey Gita . . . Not sure where Bucks County in PA is . . . and from the table of content I don't even see PA.  Perhaps it's a more stable market?!?
