72 in contract...how cool is that?! Those are some great numbers. If my income weren't tied to real estate I would have certainly picked up a nice little vacation home. For those of you reading this who don't have employment concerns NOW is the time to call Renee and get into something before it costs you 
Nevin: I do feel like we are over the "declining" hump after stabilizing since May/June. Foreclosures and short sales will not be disappearing any time soon, however! WIth buyer interest so high, it is just gobbling up the inventory!
