After an abnormally cold year in sales, there are signs that Global Warming is beginning to occur in the Charlotte Housing Market. This news is being monitored all around the world, and has gained notice in Copenhagen.
The data keeps pouring in. The hot years of the past decade, combined with a recent up tick, prove there is something to this. Though local changes have been subtle, they have been measureable. There are some flat earther's that need more convincing. But rest assured that all the hacked emails about this Upward movement have documented, and are what people have been waiting for. Proof that the warming trend may be bigger than expected.

If we look at the trends from the past centuries on Global Warming for the Charlotte Housing Market, we can see how the heat is reflected in the previous chart. (Notice the chart is in green bars). Back in the 18th century we were beginning to come out of the Ice Age.
This trend continues through the 19th century with a slight dip in the year 1865 when Sherman burned most of the houses to the ground here.
Moving into the 20th century, you can see this is where Global warming in the Charlotte Housing Market became increasingly more alarming.
And except for the last two years, the 21st century is staggering. How flat earther's can deny this hard data is puzzling.
And, although, I do not expect to receive a Nobel prize for this body of work, I'm hoping to get enough votes from buyers and sellers here in the Charlotte area and beyond for a solid Honorable Mention to next year's gala and a free shrimp cocktail.
