Does no credit check also mean that you will not be checking to see if the tenant has any income (i.e. - self employed or otherwise), a criminal record, or has trashed a previous property. Way too risky for me. You can have awful credit, a foreclosure, or bankruptcy,etc but I still want to see the report, verify employment, and make sure the prospective tenant didnt just trash the last home they were in and stiffed the landlord on the rent.
