10 Comments on The Villas at Kehalani - Wailuku Maui new construction condos
Georgiana, these condos in Maui look beautiful. What a wonderful place to enjoy this special time of year. I wish you much success in getting a sale before the end of the year.
Thanks Barbara - I'm waiting for the phone to ring right now! haha
Georgina- That is funny that I should see this development. I was just telling Nestor how I figured out I am not a development type person. To each his own. I like those houses on the hills you show photos of that sit on 2 acres. :)
Katerina - you must be talking about Haiku, where there are plenty of homes on 2 acres. Most of them are not what you would call a "development" and you can build whatever type house you like. I think you should plan a vacation here and take a look around, with me as your guide.
Georgina - NEW construction??? That is something you don't see around here right now! First all the short sales and REOs have to clear the market!
BJ - the way it is around here it takes 5 yrs to get a big project started, and then you just don't put the brakes on. They are selling. We have never had the luxury of too many properties on Maui. When the price goes low enough, they will sell.
Funny, that kitchen could be from most of the newer houses here in Denver area... ~Rita
Hello, I live in Florida and would like to ask two questions.
I am interested in new construction - either a condo or preferably a townhouse in the Maui area.
What is the difference in fee simple and deeded (or other) types of ownership in Hawaii?
THank you...
