Kent single family home sales were down 11.5 % in November from October sales figures. Year over year sales improved 30.8% when comparing sold properties from November 2008 to November 2009. November 2009 saw fewer new listings, solds and pendeds than the previous month. The average sold price was approximately $278,000 as compared to $314,000 in November 2008. Hi Jane, I guess we're limping along OK right now but who knows what's around the corner. I'm still concerned about a jump in foreclosures nationwide and the impact that will have on the housing market. I'm staying positive though. I'll look for your numbers soon.
