Phoenix, Arizona Mortgage Expert

Phoenix, Az is the capital of Arizona and the largest city in Maricopa County. Maricopa County has a population of 3,635,528 people.  The Hohokam civilization occupied the land and were responsible for the creation of canals that eventually became the modern Arizona Canal and the Hayden-Rhodes.

Phoenix, Az and the surrounding areas of Sedona, and Flagstaff and Prescott have becoming booming area's where many people from Michigan and other cold, snowy states go to retire.

Phoenix is also home to Arizona State University, (the Phoenix Campus) and Arizona University is located in Tuscon, AZ.

Rich in it's heritage, it a favorite state for tourism. One fascinating place I would love to visit and a place my husband is dying to visit is the Arizona Wings Museum. It is a museum dedicated to preserving our aviation history. Mike, being a history teacher and an airplane fanatic,  we have talked about visiting the Arizona Wings Museum for years.

Arizona is growing each year.  More and more baby bummers are entering retirement age, and are relocating to area's where they can enjoy the warm, sunny temperatures all year long.

Karen George of National Wholesale Mortgage is the lender I would work with if moving to Phoenix, AZ  or any of the surrounding area's of Sedona, Tuscon, Prescott, or Scottsdale.  Karen understands that moving and purchasing a new home can be stressful. She will take the stress right out of finding a loan to fit your needs.

Karen has loan programs not only for the first time home-buyer; but also VA Loans and Jumbo Mortgages. National Wholesale Mortgage offers a FREE Credit Report for all their clients. If your credit is bruised Karen will offer free credit counceling to help you get back on track.
