I might bet these tulips are covered in snow and waiting till spring to pop up again.
This was not recently was it... I yearn for spring now.... 5 more months of SNOW first...

Jim, the place my grandson attended was the Great Lakes Naval Academy, just north of Chicago. It was an awesome experience to see the show the graduates demonstrated. ;-)
