How to avoid losing the sale if you're a Holmdel, New Jersey home buyer and not walk away disappointed.
I'm reminded of a Latin phrase since so much of real estate ownership and property rights dates back to the Romans. Res tantum valet quantum vendi potest. Latin for the phrase "a thing is worth only what someone else will pay for it." 
Yet the lucidity of the observation, the indefatigability of this simple argument, does not mandate acceptance. The buyer may portend worth.
The trick is coercing the seller to agree with the buyer's approximation.
The buyer of a Holmdel home for sale is well advised to plead competently when submitting an offer. Remember that in God we trust but all others must bring data.
- To position your offer in its best light, the seasoned Realtor, one with experience as a Holmdel, New Jersey buyer's agent, provides the seller with an opinion of value supported by recent comparative sales.
- Or the buyer can simply approach the purchase with the humble caveat: "This is all I can afford for your house."
