Debe, I hate that our small cities are starting to have the same traffic issues as the larger ones. I always think of Real Estate in Charlotte NC as much less expensive than those big houses you're showing! :)

Great post Debe, most medical professionals that are associated with a hospital need to be within a certain distance (time) of the hospital for call duty. This can get problematic if they live too far from their office/hospital.
I know here in Manhattan we have a number of listings that see a lot of medical professionals because they are located so close to near by hospitals, great target marketing!

Debe, Brilliant post idea. I live right by "Pill Hill", three wonderful hospitals in Atlanta. We have had a few doctors in the neighborhood, because of it's wonderful close to hospitals location. I think I have a new post idea! Thanks, Michelle

Hi All! Well, another blog 'n' dash for me--I'm still trying to catch up on my comments and seem to get farther behind!
Yes, we have some great listings in areas that were formerly quite expensive that are close to the medical facilities. With interest rates at all-time lows, you can get a steal on a home in some of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte - near all of the medical facilities.
I used RealBird to create the search engine and my marketing staff created the flyer that I email to my medical friends!
