That being said, there continues to be positive news when comparing the sales of November 2009 with previous November's. The most encouraging sign is that in November 2009, the townhomes that sold had a Median DOM of 12 days. This is down from 183 DOM in November 2008, 152 DOM in November 2007, and 92 DOM in November 2006.
