If you are like most listing agents, you are very tuned in on how your listing is displayed, and probably have one or more ways that your listing is syndicated. I recently ran across this informative video by Zillow that explains how Zillow selects which version of your listing will show on their site and what source will trump or be trumped. Kristal, thanks for the video. My biggest problem is when I have a new listing that was previously listed with another agent, and getting that agents' information and pictures off of that property.
