Through Thursday, December 17. "Snowville". Experience the magic of winter-inside! EdVenture Children's Museum proudly presents "Snowville," an interactive exhibit that contains all the fun that snow has to offer without having to go outside! Learn about the fun of snow, the joys of ice skating, the excitement of sliding down snowy hills and the fun of throwing snowballs, as well as the science of snow, just how cold is snow, how are igloos made and what types of penguins live in the South Pole! Friday, December 11-Sunday, December 13. Nutcracker. Columbia City Ballet's holiday family tradition, Nutcracker, dazzles South Carolina audiences each season. Collecting the talents of more than 200 local children and 40 professional dancers, this award-winning Nutcracker has been proclaimed by The State newspaper "as close to perfect as you can get." Friday, December 11 & Tuesday, December 15. Game Night! Don't you wish you could test things out before you buy them? Well you can! Saturday, December 12. Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra Concert. This free concert will feature the Dutch Fork Choral Society and the Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra who will be performing selections from Handel's MESSIAH. Saturday, December 12. Christmas Bazaar. St. Martin de Porres Catholic School will host its annual Christmas Bazaar this Saturday from 10 am-2 pm! There will be carriage rides and pictures with Santa, games, food, music and vendors. Come complete your holiday shopping while browsing through the crafts! Admission is free. Sunday, December 13. Parade! Blythewood's Annual Christmas Parade will take place in downtown Blythewood from 3-5 pm. You'll see antique cars, floats, girlscouts, boyscouts, and of course Santa!

Monday, December 14 & Wednesday, December 16. Live Music! Tsunami has two great shows lined up this week at their Harbison location. On Monday, Jay Edwards will be performing and on Wednesday, The Reason Your Listening will be taking the stage! Eat great food, listen to great live music and have a great time with friends!
