How important is it for you to stage your home PRIOR TO LISTING?? As a seller, you may think it is not necessary because your house shows well, or it is so minimally priced that staging is NOT something you would be able to afford. This seller was smart and KNEW that staging this home would show buyers the true potential and living space that this house has to offer. This is something that MOST BUYERS cannot envision when looking at a vacant space.
If you ever watch HOUSE HUNTERS on HGTV, you will notice that time and time again, buyers will look at a vacant space and question whether or not their furniture will fit. The owner knew that the same would happen here if he did not stage...take a look at the transformation!

LIVING ROOM AFTER..the owner purchased new carpeting and he and I purchased the couch, loveseat, chair and ottomon. This allowed him to stage within his budget. The accessory package belonged to ReStyled to Sell.
KITCHEN BEFORE....the cabinetry was dark and dated and there was very limited counter space and storage.
KITCHEN AFTER...By painting the cabinetry, the kitchen appears brighter and updated. New countertops were purchased and extended to create more space. Shelving was added as well to create more storage. All in all a kitchen that any buyer would love
