Here is a simple one line change which will make your website pages viewable well on iPhone and Blackberry. Add the following to your HTML HEAD section:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=320">

Apple is using the following on their RSS reader website:
<meta name = "Viewport" content = "maximum-scale=1.6,width=320" >

 But then your site will become 320 px wide even on the large screen. Can you fit everything in that width? I was thinking about a special page (mobile.yourrealtysite.Com) for the mobile devices. instead of making changes to the whole website.

 Everything has to fit in that width or it breaks on the iPhone. If there is a table over 320 wide then that meta tag causes data not to display.
