Okey Dokey. Following up on last week's Silly Saturday post of "Groovy Dancing Girl #3" (and Broker Bryant's post of Groovy Dancing Girl #1), this week's post for Silly Saturday is "Groovy Dancing Girl #4" because.... she rocks! Lisa, I wonder if you could calculate the calories you use like they do in zumba... non stop movement has GOT to be a lot of burning calories! From the fingers of someone who just came back from a Christmas party!

Steve- and everyone else =P ...  I've watched her in several videos, many times now. I think she's awesome! And she must have had some professional training. She jus tmakes it look too easy. The movements look very simple, but the combination of them, and the fluidity of how she does it makes me think =)
