Happy Holidays everyone,

We just staged a beautiful house that is a 2008 Parade of Home Gold Winner. It has been on the market for 1 1/2 years.

In the last 3 months, we have transferred this furniture from one house to another, this is the third house the same furniture has been in, in 3 months. We changed out and added some accessories and accent furniture, but the big pieces are the same. The first house sold in 2 months, the second on sold in 2 1/2 weeks, now we are here.

I hope we have luck and can get this house sold for the builder. It was beautiful before, but the furnishings make it feel cozy and ready for a family.

Love the way you dealt with the angled fireplace, I swear I've been getting so many angled rooms, with multiple angles, making it almost impossible to place furniture. That's when we have to be creative and overcome these seemingly to be growing obstacles.
